SNS stands for Safety Netting System, which consists of two major series: active protection net and passive protection net. The execution standards are: GB/T 37267-2018 and JT/T 1328-2020.
Main Product Parameters
1) Active Protection Net (commonly used GPS-2 / D0/08/300)
2) Passive Protection Net (RX/RXI series, for intercepting falling rocks)• Common models: RX-025, RX-050, RX-075, RXI-100, RXI-150, RXI-200; the suffix numbers represent the protection energy level (kJ)
• Circular wire diameter: 2.2 - 3.0mm, circular diameter 300 - 350mm
• Protection energy level: 25 - 200kJ, capable of intercepting corresponding kinetic energy falling rocks
• Composition: circular net, steel columns, base, tension anchor rope, energy absorption ring (damping), anchor bolt
• Corrosion protection: hot-dip galvanizing / zinc-aluminum coating, with a lifespan of 25 - 30 years
Product Performance
1. High flexibility: The net body can deform, absorbing impact kinetic energy through deformation. Local stress can be dispersed to the entire net surface, without single-point tearing or damage.
2. High strength and impact resistance
◦ Active net: Constraining dangerous rocks on the slope, resisting surface compression and weathering flaking of the rock mass;
◦ Passive net: The damping ring buffers and dissipates energy, capable of withstanding falling rock impact, with the highest energy level of 200kJ.
3. Corrosion resistance and durability: Hot-dip galvanizing / zinc-aluminum coating, long-term rust prevention in outdoor mountain environment.
4. Water permeability and air permeability: No blocking of slope groundwater, allowing rainwater to freely drain, without causing water pressure accumulation.
5. Strong adaptability to terrain: Can be used on uneven and irregular slopes, without the need for large-scale excavation of the mountain body.
6. Anti-aging and temperature difference resistance: Suitable for mountainous areas with high temperatures, severe cold, rain, and snow.
Product Features
1. Modular installation, prefabricated components in the factory, on-site assembly, fast construction speed, no need for large-scale blasting to excavate the mountain body.
2. Lightweight, components have low weight, low difficulty in material transportation on high and steep slopes.
3. Ecologically friendly: Does not damage the original terrain, under the net, soil can be covered, grass and trees can be replanted, achieving both protection and greening.
4. Simple maintenance, only replacing single net pieces is needed for local damage, no need for overall removal.
5. Active: Close to the slope, reinforcing dangerous rocks, preventing collapses; Passive: Set at the slope foot, intercepting already rolled stones.
