Product Overview
Trapezoidal post fence (T-post fence) consists of trapezoidal special-shaped posts and welded wire mesh panels. It features solid structure and excellent anti-climbing performance, commonly matched with 358 anti-climb mesh for high-security isolation projects.
Material & Processing
- Material: High-quality low-carbon steel wire for mesh, thick galvanized trapezoidal steel posts.
- Surface treatment: Hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion first, then electrostatic polyester powder coating in standard RAL colors, UV-resistant and anti-rust for outdoor use.
- Production: Wire mesh is resistance-welded; posts are bent into trapezoidal shape for better structural strength.
Connection Method
Fixed by M-clips & slotted anti-theft screws to prevent disassembly by outsiders. Modular assembly without field welding saves installation time and facilitates maintenance & replacement.Advantages
